Job summary

SA Health in Australia is seeking devoted care workers to provide personalised assistance to aged, frail or disabled consumers, helping them remain living independently at home or in residential care settings.

You will help with personal care, meals, cleaning, transport and social support, working with consumers, families and health professionals to support individual goals and wellbeing, while promoting choice, dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Completion of AQF Certificate III relevant to the position.
• For WHD5: 560 hours satisfactory in-service experience.

Responsibilities
