Job summary

Community Accessability is seeking a Homecare Employee to support older Australians and individuals aged 0-65 in their homes across regional Victoria. You will work independently visiting clients to help them stay independent and improve quality of life. The role includes housekeeping, personal care, social support, and capacity-building tasks.

A driver’s license and own vehicle are required. Minimum Certificate III in the industry and a Working with Children Check are required.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in the industry is required.
• Working with Children Check is required.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their homes independently.
• Support people to maintain their independence, including housekeeping duties, personal care assistance, social support, capacity building tasks and more.
• Build rapport and create meaningful relationships with clients.
