Qualifikationen

• Certificate III in a relevant field (Individual Support).
• Minimum of 3 months experience in a personal care role.
• Current First Aid (HLTAID011) and CPR (HLTAID009) certificates.
• Current Australian driver's licence (C class) and own vehicle.
• Strong dementia support knowledge and handling challenging behaviours.
• Excellent time management and relationship-building skills.
• Basic cooking abilities and Home Care Packages awareness.
