St Francis De Sales Regional College in Leeton, NSW, is seeking a Learning Teacher Assistant to enable students with additional needs to participate fully in classes and achieve success. Two positions are available: a maternity leave fixed-term role and a permanent part-time role, both within term-time hours 9:00am–3:30pm.

Essential qualifications include current NSW WWCC, CPR and First Aid, and accreditation or willingness to achieve accreditation for Catholic School support staff.

• A pleasant disposition and an ability to communicate with young people from all backgrounds.
• An understanding of and commitment to Catholic Education.
• Current Anaphylaxis qualification.
• Current CPR and First qualifications.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Current NSW Working with Children’s check.
• Successful candidate to undergo a National Criminal History Check.
• Accreditation for Support Staff in a Catholic School (Category A, Accreditation to Work Teach and Lead in Systemic Catholic Schools, Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga) or willing to achieve.
