Job summary

St Joseph's Tobruk Memorial School Beenleigh is seeking a Diverse Learning Leader to advance inclusive education, student wellbeing and high-quality teaching across the school, guiding MTSS-based supports for diverse learners.

The appointment is permanent, full-time, with an initial three-year Diverse Learning Leader role and DLL allowance; continuation depends on performance and ongoing need. You will collaborate with leaders, teachers and families to ensure equity and excellence.

Qualifications

• Full registration with the Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) is mandatory.
• Minimum five years of teaching experience with inclusive education practice.
• Demonstrated leadership in supporting students with diverse learning needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of inclusive education practices across the school.
• Develop and evaluate data processes and supports for diverse learners.
• Analyse student performance and wellbeing data to inform priorities and interventions.
• Coach, mentor and provide professional learning to build staff capability in inclusive education.
• Foster collaboration within school support teams and with families and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with BCE policies and relevant legislation.
