• Develop data processes and supports to enhance outcomes for diverse learners.
• Analyse student wellbeing data to identify priorities and inform interventions.
• Coach and mentor staff to build capability in inclusive education.
• Collaborate with school leaders, teachers, families and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with BCE policies and disability standards.
