Zusammenfassung

Brisbane Catholic Education seeks a Diverse Learning Leader (DLL) for Holy Spirit School, New Farm. The role leads inclusive education, MTSS implementation, and data-driven strategies to boost engagement, learning and wellbeing across the school.

You will collaborate with leaders, teachers, families and external partners, ensuring policy compliance and high-quality teaching for diverse learners. Part-time, ongoing appointment with DLL allowance.

Qualifikationen

• Full registration with the Queensland College of Teachers (QCT).
• Minimum five years' teaching experience with inclusive education practice.
• Commitment to inclusive education and student wellbeing.

Aufgaben

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of inclusive education practices across the school.
• Develop and evaluate data processes and supports for diverse learners.
• Analyse student performance and wellbeing data to drive targeted interventions.
• Facilitate coaching, mentoring and professional learning for staff.
• Collaborate with school teams to ensure equitable student support.
• Foster partnerships with families and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with BCE policies and relevant legislation.
