JMC Academy seeks an Inclusive Learning Coordinator to ensure students access, participate in and succeed in their studies, regardless of disability or learning differences. You will assess needs, develop Learning Support Plans, arrange reasonable adjustments and provide ongoing case management across the student journey.

Based at Sydney or Melbourne, the role offers a full-time fixed-term contract with extension potential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in disability support or learning support and case management.
• Ability to assess support needs and develop individual plans.
• Strong understanding of neurodivergence (ADHD, autism, dyslexia).
• Experience supporting people with mental health or complex needs.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Aufgaben

• Manage Learning Support applications, intake, triage and assessment.
• Develop and review Learning Support Plans and adjustments.
• Maintain a caseload and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with staff and external providers on support.
• Provide advice on accessibility and inclusive education.
• Deliver workshops and training on inclusive practices.
• Maintain confidential records and reporting.
