Job summary

Kambala in Sydney invites applications for a permanent full-time Learning Support role within the 7-12 Learning Enrichment faculty. You will provide specialist assistance to students with additional needs, supporting inclusion and enabling potential across regular classes.

Key duties include caseload management, ILP development, in-class differentiation, and collaboration with parents and staff to meet regulatory and reporting requirements. The role commences Term 1, 2027.

Qualifications

• NESA-qualified to teach in NSW.
• 2 years' direct experience in secondary Learning Support.
• Strong experience teaching English at Stages 4-5.
• Post-graduate qualifications highly regarded (not mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of students with enrichment and support needs.
• Develop and implement Individualised Learning Plans (ILPs).
• Provide in-class support and differentiation with full-time contact load.
• Liaise with parents, external stakeholders, and teaching/pastoral staff.
