Job summary

Padua College Brisbane is seeking a dedicated educator to join our independent Catholic boys' school (Years 5–12) to lead student support and inclusive learning. The role centers on Disability Standards for Education, NCCD reporting, and developing Personalised Support Plans.

You will collaborate with teachers and support staff to differentiate learning and assessment, advocate for students, and promote a nurturing, equitable classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Education or equivalent.
• Current Queensland Teacher Registration or provisional registration.
• Accreditation to teach in a Catholic School.
• Ability to differentiate learning and assessment for diverse student needs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Disability Standards for Education (DSE) and contribute to NCCD evidence.
• Lead case management for identified students and develop PSPs.
• Advocate for students and promote inclusion and equitable access to learning.
• Collaborate with teachers, leaders, aides and support staff to create an inclusive environment.
• Use varied instructional approaches to engage students and ensure curriculum access.
