Real Futures Pty is seeking an Employment Consultant with Inclusive Employment Australia to lead and support participants in finding meaningful work on the Gold Coast. You will assess barriers, develop tailored employment goals, and connect clients with opportunities and services.

You will build strong relationships with local employers, training providers and community organisations, delivering high-quality customer service while promoting inclusive employment practices.

Responsabilidades

• Support clients to understand barriers and work to develop employment goals.
• Create and source employment opportunities.
• Support and help clients identify their skills, abilities, and secure sustainable employment.
• Provide and deliver a high level of customer service to our clients, employers, and stakeholders.
• Create, tailor, and implement a partnered job plan.
• Build sustainable and long-lasting relationships with local employers, registered training organisations and community organisations.
• Explain to employers the benefits and supports in hiring someone with a barrier/disability.
