Advanced Personnel Management is seeking an Employment Consultant for our Toowoomba, QLD site within the Inclusive Employment Australia Program. You will support participants with disability to secure meaningful employment and build pathways to success.

You’ll work with diverse stakeholders, create opportunities, and advocate inclusive hiring practices. This role emphasizes compassion, connection, and a solutions-focused approach to help participants thrive in sustainable work.
