Qualifications

• Experience building relationships with participants and employers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with participants to set clear employment goals and action plans.
• Actively build relationships with local employers to create job opportunities.
• Promote participants’ strengths and match to suitable roles.
• Support participants before and after placement to ensure sustainable employment.
• Identify barriers and coordinate support services or training where needed.
• Manage your caseload, priorities, and follow-ups to keep things moving.
• Maintain accurate records and meet program compliance requirements.
• Represent Sureway in the local community to build awareness and connections.
