Job summary

Goodstart Carlton in Sydney, NSW, seeks an Inclusion Support Educator for a fixed-term and part-time role (18 hours/3 days per week, Wed–Fri). Earn up to AU$39.91 per hour plus super, with paid parental leave and other benefits.

You will support children with additional needs to participate in our early learning programs and foster inclusive, engaging environments. Requirements include a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) and a current NSW Working with

Role: Inclusion Support Educator

Centre: Goodstart Carlton

Employment Type: Fixed-Term (until January 2027) and Part-Time (18 Hours/3 days per week - Wednesday to Friday)

Pay: Up to $39.91 per hour + Super

As an ISS Educator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting children with additional needs to fully participate in our learning programs, helping to create inclusive, engaging environments where every child feels valued and supported.
