Job summary

Goodstart Toormina in NSW is seeking a passionate Educator to join our close-knit team. You’ll work with Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft engaging, play-based learning that supports each child’s development while upholding safety and inclusivity.

This full-time role offers an above‑award hourly rate ($36.65–$39.91) plus super, a 6‑month fixed term option, and generous perks including parental leave, childcare fee discounts and wellness benefits.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, via Geccko.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Senior Educators and Educational Leader to plan and enhance learning programs.
• Support safety and inclusivity to ensure every child thrives and feels valued.
