Armstrong Creek School in Victoria’s Geelong region seeks a Leading Teacher - Inclusion Practice Leader. You will work with leadership, wellbeing staff and allied health to engage students with disability and ensure learning goals are met.

The role prioritises Disability Inclusion processes, profile meetings and coordinating funding for evidence-based adjustments, while driving data-informed practice and whole-school professional learning.

Competenze

• Demonstrated expert knowledge of curriculum, and ability to lead school priorities and literacy/numeracy teaching across the curriculum.
• Ability to plan and implement high impact teaching strategies that respond to student needs and evaluate impact on learning growth.
• Skill in monitoring and assessing student learning using data to drive improvement and feedback to students/parents.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to build collaborative relationships with students, staff, parents and community.
• Ability to model Department values and lead whole-school professional learning.
• Knowledge of Disability Inclusion Framework and allocation of resources to support inclusive practices.
