Job summary

St Joseph's School Hawthorn in Melbourne's inner suburbs is seeking a Learning Diversity Leader (0.8 FTE) to work with the Principal and Leadership Team to promote wellbeing, inclusion and personalised learning for all students.

You will lead the NCCD processes, develop policies, coordinate Learning Support Staff, manage budgets and engage with families and external agencies to support student learning, wellbeing and social-emotional needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Understanding of MACS policies, state and federal government policies and legislation.
• Previous experience in school environment and inclusive education.

Responsibilities

• Promote wellbeing and inclusion for all students.
• Lead and manage NCCD data collection and documentation.
• Coordinate Learning Support Staff timetable and budget.
• Support teachers to meet NCCD requirements and maintain evidence.
