Job summary

ANZUK Education in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Head of Learning Diversity to lead inclusive education across multiple campuses on the Mornington Peninsula, overseeing programs for students with diverse needs and managing the NCCD.

You will direct a Learning Diversity team, coordinate interventions (literacy, numeracy, speech pathology, social work) and partner with families, teachers and allied staff to ensure appropriate adjustments and supports beyond the classroom.

Qualifications

• 3 year leadership tenure with ongoing teaching position.
• Current VIT registration and relevant teaching qualifications.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inclusive education programs for students with diverse needs.
• Lead the Learning Diversity team and manage the NCCD.
• Coordinate literacy/numeracy interventions, speech pathology, social work and PLPs.
• Collaborate with families, teachers and allied staff to ensure appropriate adjustments.
