Job summary

Firstsource Solutions Australia PTY LTD in Melbourne is seeking a Customer Support Associate – General Enquiries (Inbound) at entry level to handle customer calls, assist with general inquiries, and provide fast, friendly resolutions.

You will be trained fully and work from our Melbourne CBD office on a rotating roster with shifts from 7:50am-8:30pm, contributing to a supportive team culture and growth opportunities in WFM, Trainer, Team Lead roles.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Professional, courteous, and customer-focused demeanour.
• Strong listening and empathy skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Entry-level applicants are welcome – full training provided.
• Full working rights in Australia or at least 2 years left on current visa.

Responsibilities

• Respond to a variety of customer general enquiries via phone.
• Accurately update customer information in internal systems.
