Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound enquiries quickly to maximise conversion.
• Qualify prospects via consultative conversations to identify needs.
• Schedule discovery meetings with Account Executives and ensure a great first impression.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and follow up to re-engage prospects.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales for handovers and feedback.
