Job summary

HiBob is a modern People Platform helping fast-growing businesses build exceptional workplaces. From sale close to go-live, our Implementation team guides customers through configuring Bob and preparing their teams for launch, ensuring adoption and value.

You will work predominantly with upper-SMB and lower mid-market customers in APJ, translating system concepts for HR stakeholders and keeping projects moving with clear governance and communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles involving systems, onboarding, or HR operations.
• Excellent communication and ability to simplify technical concepts.
• Structured project management approach with handling priorities and risks.
• Strong problem-solving and capability to work in ambiguity.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and data; data uploads/validation helpful.
• Customer-focused mindset with a drive to deliver lasting value from the product.

Responsibilities

• Own customer implementations from handover to go-live.
• Guide customers through setup, data preparation, configuration, and key decisions.
• Translate technical concepts into practical guidance for HR stakeholders.
• Explain how setup choices affect processes, reporting, and product adoption.
• Build trusted relationships and keep projects moving with clear communication.
• Work through ambiguity and provide practical solutions without a rigid playbook.
• Assist with data uploads and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges and ensure a high-quality experience.
• Identify opportunities to scale repeatable implementations across APJ.
• Contribute to a growing APJ team with curiosity and builder mindset.
