Job summary

HiBob is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to drive new business across the APJ region. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to product demonstrations and closing deals—targeting SaaS buyers and HR leaders.

You'll collaborate with Business Development, Marketing and Partnerships, while building a healthy pipeline and forecasting accurately in Salesforce. If you’re ambitious, coachable, and ready to accelerate your tech sales career, join HiBob.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of closing experience in SaaS or B2B sales.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to build pipeline and generate outbound opportunities.
• Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Coachable and organized in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your pipeline through outbound prospecting and collaboration with GTM team.
• Own full sales cycle from outreach to close.
• Demonstrate HiBob to prospective customers and tailor product demos.
• Engage with CPOs and HR leaders.
• Maintain accurate data in Salesforce.
• Achieve revenue targets.
• Represent HiBob at events.
• Develop relationships with partners and influencers.
• Apply coaching to improve sales craft.
