Tenacity CX is seeking a sales-focused customer service professional to join our hybrid team in Australia. The role offers an inbound sales environment with no cold calling and a base salary with uncapped commission potential.

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer enquiries
• Build rapport quickly and understand customer needs

• Deliver a positive, professional customer experience
• Navigate multiple systems in a fast-paced contact centre environment

What you'll be doing

This isn't your typical customer service role. You'll use your sales skills, confidence and ability to build rapport to turn inbound customer enquiries into bookings.

About you

Previous contact centre experience is highly regarded, but not essential. Full training and ongoing coaching will be provided.
