yourtown is seeking an experienced In Work Support Consultant to deliver tailored post-placement and ongoing support to participants under the Inclusive Employment Australia contract. The role focuses on helping members succeed in employment, navigating workplace expectations and relationships across the Wide Bay region.

Based at Hervey Bay or Bundaberg, you will partner with employers to provide proactive coaching, and deliver hands-on support, including early starts or late finishes to match

Formación

• Experience in Employment Services, post-placement support, in-work and/or ongoing support is highly desirable.
• Strong emotional intelligence and people skills to engage with youth and employers.
• Ability to work regionally across multiple sites and travel as required.
• Excellent administrative and documentation skills to meet compliance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-work and post-placement support to participants.
• Partner with employers to advise, coach, and solve workplace challenges.
• Deliver regional support across Hervey Bay, Bundaberg and Kingaroy sites.
• Work on-site with members, adapting to shift patterns and employer needs.
• Promote inclusive workplaces and arrange role/task adjustments when needed.
