MatchWorks is seeking an Employment Coach to support people with disability or barriers on their journey to meaningful employment through the Inclusive Employment Australia program in Caboolture, QLD. You will build relationships, assess skills and goals, and provide practical, personalised support to help participants become job ready and achieve sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to support participants and stakeholders.
• Accurate documentation and compliance with Workforce Australia requirements.
• Collaborative team member with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Experience in customer service, recruitment or employment consultancy helpful.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.

• Work with participants to understand their strengths and goals to match opportunities.
• Bridge the gap between job seekers and local employers by promoting unique skills.
• Link participants with training, health and community supports for long-term success.
