Hardware & General in Brookvale is seeking an In-Store Sales Representative for its Guttering & Roofing team. The role is full-time, with a focus on helping customers, building relationships and promoting guttering and roofing products.

You’ll join a friendly, customer-focused team in a busy retail environment. Experience in retail or customer service is preferred; roofing or building supplies knowledge is highly regarded.

About the Opportunity

We have a full-time opportunity available in our Brookvale Guttering & Roofing team. We’re looking for a reliable, customer-focused team player who enjoys helping customers, building relationships and learning about products within the building and trade supply industry.

Previous experience in retail, sales or customer service is preferred. Experience in guttering, roofing or building supplies will be highly regarded, along with a willingness to develop product knowledge and technical understanding.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting customers with product enquiries and recommending suitable guttering and roofing solutions.
• Processing sales, preparing quotes and managing customer orders and returns.
• Building positive customer relationships and identifying sales opportunities.
• Working closely with external sales representatives and internal teams to meet customer needs.
• Supporting order coordination, scheduling and day-to-day store operations.
• Responding to customer enquiries and resolving issues where possible.
• Maintaining stock, showroom presentation and a safe, tidy working environment.

What We’re Looking For
