Hardware & General is seeking an in-store sales representative for our Brookvale guttering and roofing team. You will help customers, build relationships, and develop product knowledge in a fast-paced hardware environment.

Prior retail or customer service experience is valued, with knowledge of roofing or building supplies highly regarded. You will process sales, quotes, and orders while maintaining stock and showroom presentation.

Qualificações

• Previous retail or in-store sales experience is preferred but not essential.

About the Opportunity -

We have a full-time opportunity available in our Brookvale Guttering & Roofing team. We’re looking for a reliable, customer-focused team player who enjoys helping customers, building relationships and learning about products within the building and trade supply industry.

Previous experience in retail, sales or customer service is preferred. Experience in guttering, roofing or building supplies will be highly regarded, along with a willingness to develop product knowledge and technical understanding.

What You’ll Be Doing

Assisting customers with product enquiries and recommending suitable guttering and roofing solutions.

Processing sales, preparing quotes and managing customer orders and returns.

Building positive customer relationships and identifying sales opportunities.

Working closely with external sales representatives and internal teams to meet customer needs.

Supporting order coordination, scheduling and day-to-day store operations.

Responding to customer enquiries and resolving issues where possible.

Maintaining stock, showroom presentation and a safe, tidy working environment.

What We’re Looking For
