Job summary

Communicare in Geraldton is seeking a Specialist Behaviour Change Facilitator for the Connect and Respect Men’s Behaviour Change Program. In this role, you will facilitate group work for men who choose to use violence, providing support to inspire positive change. You will also be involved in risk assessments and case management within a secure, therapeutic environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a similar field.
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships.
• Unrestricted driver's licence and Police clearance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group work for men with violence issues.
• Contribute to risk assessments and case management.
• Conduct specialised intake assessments of potential clients.
• Respond to crisis and emotional distress of clients.
