Job summary

Betashares in Australia is seeking a Video Production Manager to build and lead its in‑house video capability, moving briefs from concept to delivery at pace while using AI‑powered tools to boost speed, quality and scale. You will own end‑to‑end production across formats from explainers to social content, manage shoots and post‑production, and ensure timely delivery to brand standards.

Expertise with Synthesia, Runway, HeyGen, ElevenLabs and Adobe Premiere Pro is essential, plus the ability to

Qualifications

4–7 years of video production experience.
Hands‑on proficiency across pre‑production, shoot, and post‑production.
Strong post‑production skills with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Hands-on experience with AI video production tools such as Synthesia, Runway, HeyGen and ElevenLabs.

Responsibilities

Own end‑to‑end video production: brief, script, storyboard, shoot, direct, edit and deliver.
Produce a broad range of video formats: presenter‑led explainers, social video, ads, motion graphics, webinars.
Manage production calendar and ensure on‑time delivery across briefs.
Operate camera, lighting and audio for in‑studio/location shoots.
Post‑produce content in Premiere Pro/After Effects, including color grading and audio.
