Spotlight Retail Group seeks an energetic sales professional to deliver in-home sales and service across local areas in Australia. You will receive guaranteed retainers with commissions during training, and progress to uncapped monthly commissions as you build your client base.

You will work with a company vehicle and tools of the trade, including a tablet and smartphone, while participating in comprehensive product training and generous staff discounts across all brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or showroom sales.
• In-home selling or field-based sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
