BlueCare is seeking a Personal Carer in the Caloundra area to support clients in the community, promoting independence and wellbeing. You will travel between homes, delivering domestic support and assisting with daily activities to enhance quality of life.

The role involves on-the-road visits, home-based care, and companionship. A driver’s licence and reliable vehicle are required, with salary packaging and benefits enhancing take-home pay.

Qualifikationen

• Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Green Provisional minimum) is essential.
• Roadworthy & insured (Third Party Property minimum) vehicle to use for work is essential.
• Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc.
• Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies.

Aufgaben

• Provide care to clients living in the community, supporting independence and quality of life.
• Spend time on the road completing scheduled visits and interact one-on-one with clients in their homes.
• Assist with domestic tasks: cleaning, meal prep, laundry and ironing.
• Provide transportation assistance with shopping and appointments.
