Job summary

BlueCare is hiring a Personal Carer to deliver high-quality community care to clients in Coolum Beach and surrounding areas. You will visit clients at home to support daily activities, meals, hygiene, and household tasks, following each person’s Care Plan to maintain independence and improve quality of life.

You’ll work on the road, building meaningful relationships, with opportunities for career development, salary packaging, and an array of employee benefits within Australia’s trusted care

Qualifications

• Certificate III Aged Care, Individual Support or an equivalent qualification is essential.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum) is essential.
• Roadworthy & insured vehicle to use for work is essential.
• Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to clients in the community, supporting independence and quality of life.
• Spend time on the road completing scheduled visits and interact one-on-one with clients at their homes.
• Assist with daily living activities including showering, hygiene, meals, cleaning, laundry and ironing.
• Provide care according to individual care plans.

Skills

Experience with technology incl. SM/PL

Current Australian Driver's Licence
