Right at Home in Far North Queensland is seeking experienced Home Care Workers who are enthusiastic about providing compassionate, respectful in-home care and building long-term client relationships. Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care, Community or Disability Services required.
• Current Australian National Police check issued in the last 12 months required.
• First aid and CPR certificates required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to clients.
• Deliver domestic assistance to clients in their homes.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and activities.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor client safety.
• Support activities of daily living and independence.
