Job summary

Right at Home Far North Queensland is seeking experienced Home Care Workers who are passionate about delivering compassionate, high‑quality in‑home aged care. You will assist clients with personal care, domestic tasks, transport, medication reminders and daily living activities, reporting to the Care Manager.

A Certificate III in Aged Care or related service, a valid police check, first aid/CPR, a valid driver's license and your own car are required.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care, Community or Disability Services.
• Satisfactory Australian National Police check (issued in the last 12 months).
• Current First aid and CPR certificates.
• Driver's licence and own reliable presentable car.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal and domestic care to clients in their homes.
• Assist with transportation and activities of daily living.
• Give medication reminders and support with daily routines.
• Report to Care Manager and contribute to tailored care plans.
