Job summary

Right at Home Far North Queensland is expanding its team of in-home aged care professionals. We are seeking experienced Home Care Workers who are enthusiastic and passionate about delivering a caring, compassionate, respectful and high-quality service to clients living independently at home.

You will assist with personal and domestic care, transportation, medication reminders and activities of daily living, building long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care, Community or Disability Services required.
• Satisfactory Australian National Police check issued within the last 12 months.
• Current First aid and CPR certificates.
• Smart mobile phone; Driver’s licence and own reliable car.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and domestic assistance to clients.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and errands.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor health needs.
• Support activities of daily living and encourage independence.
