Job summary

Right at Home Australia is hiring Home Care Workers for the Far North Queensland office in Port Douglas. You will deliver high-quality in-home care to seniors, adults with disabilities, and those recovering from hospital stays, working with a supportive national network.

Requirements include a Certificate III in Aged Care, Police check, and current First Aid/CPR. A reliable vehicle, a smartphone, and a valid driver's licence are also needed.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care, Community or Disability Services is required.
• Mandatory Police check issued in the last 12 months.
• Current First aid and CPR certificates must be held.
• Smart mobile phone is required.
• Driver’s licence and own reliable car are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal and domestic care to clients in their homes.
• Assist with transportation and mobility support.
• Provide medication reminders as directed by care plans.
• Support clients with activities of daily living.
• Contribute to a compassionate, respectful, and safe home-care service.
