Just Better Care Australia is seeking a dedicated Community Support Professional to provide high-quality in-home care across the Sunshine Coast region. You will assist with daily living, meal prep, and transport, supporting participants to live independently.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal skills and clear written/verbal communication.
• Reliable, attentive, and able to build rapport with participants.
• Comfortable using a smartphone app to access rosters and record progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home personal care and assistance with daily living tasks.
• Assist with meal preparation or cooking.
• Assist with light domestic chores, laundry and meal planning.
• Support social engagement and transportation to maintain community connections.
• Monitor wellbeing and report progress at each shift.
• Support participants with complex and/or challenging needs.
• Promote capacity-building and independence in daily routines.
• Show genuine interest in helping participants achieve their goals.
