Just Better Care in Queensland is seeking dedicated Qualified and Experienced Community Support Professionals to join our caring team and provide high-quality in-home support services to customers across the Sunshine Coast to Wide Bay.

You will perform personal care, meal preparation, domestic assistance, medication support, and social transport while building meaningful relationships with participants and adapting to evolving care plans.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Mandatory).
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
• Manual Handling & Medication experience (Preferred).
• Current First Aid certificate and CPR.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence and insured vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Personal care.
• Meal preparation or assistance.
• Domestic assistance: light cleaning, laundry.
• Medication assistance (desired).
• Social support and transportation to maintain community connection.
• Monitor well-being and report progress every shift.
• Support customers with complex and/or challenging needs.
