Job summary

Just Better Care in Queensland is seeking dedicated Community Support Professionals to deliver high-quality in-home support services across local communities.

Join a caring team and provide essential health and wellbeing assistance tailored to each participant's goals. This role supports independent living with compassionate, person-centred care, using mobile tools to record progress and rosters.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support is mandatory under the role.
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance is required.
• Experience with manual handling and medication support is preferred.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Valid Australian Driver's Licence and insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Personal care for participants in-home.
• Meal preparation or assistance as needed.
• Assist with domestic tasks including light cleaning and laundry.
• Medication assistance where required.
• Provide social support and transportation to maintain community connections.
• Monitor wellbeing and report progress during each shift.
• Support participants with complex needs and capacity-building routines.
