Just Better Care is seeking dedicated Community Support Professionals to provide high-quality in-home care across the Sunshine Coast region. You will support participants with daily living, meals, and transport, while building genuine relationships.

Ideal candidates hold Certificate III/IV in Individual Support, with First Aid/CPR and a current Australian driver's licence. Flexible hours and ongoing training are offered to help you make a real difference in your local community.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (mandatory).
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance is required.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Valid Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Smartphone with internet access for rostering and notes.

Responsabilités

• Personal care for participants.
• Meal preparation or assistance.
• Manual handling (desirable).
• Light domestic duties: cleaning, laundry, meals.
• Medication assistance (desirable).
• Social support and transport to maintain community ties.
• Monitor wellbeing and report progress each shift.
• Support participants with complex needs.
• Assist daily living and capacity-building routines.
• Engage with participants and avoid rostered task focus.
