Job summary

Around The Clock Care is seeking an experienced Roster Coordinator to join our established and close-knit team in Sydney. Initially 3 days per week, the position offers the opportunity to progress to full-time employment and contribute to high-quality care.

You will need excellent communication and problem-solving skills to respond calmly when last-minute changes arise. Once fully trained in our systems, you will be required to participate in our after-hours on-call roster approximately 1-2

Qualifications

• Organised and confident.
• Experienced in rostering within a busy care environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with aged care and/or NDIS participants highly desirable.
• Case management experience would be an advantage.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check required.
• Right to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Roster coordination within a busy care environment.
