Job summary

UPA invites applications for a Home Care Worker based in Wagga Wagga, NSW. You will deliver person-centred in-home care, support daily living activities, and assist with transport and meal preparation in the Riverina region.

The role requires travel across Narromine, Yeoval and Wellington areas, a Certificate III in relevant aged care or community services, a valid Australian driver’s licence, and a compassionate, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in the relevant field is highly desirable.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence and ability to travel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualised care using a person-centred approach as per client care plans.
• Assist with personal care, medications, transport, and respite services.
• Provide everyday living support such as domestic assistance, gardening, shopping, and meal preparation.
• Complete accurate and timely reporting of client services.
• Identify and report client risks via our incident management system.
