UPA Aged Care Solutions is seeking a Home Care Worker to support older people in the Riverina region, delivering person-centred care in their own homes and community settings.

Based in Wagga Wagga, you will provide personal care, light domestic assistance, and companionship while using technology for reporting and care planning. We offer flexible hours, competitive pay, and ongoing training.

Formación

• Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Community Services is highly desirable.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to travel.
• Registered and insured vehicle.
• Compassion, empathy, and a passion for helping others.

• Provide everyday living support such as domestic assistance, gardening, shopping, and meal preparation
• Complete accurate and timely reporting of client services

We currently have an opportunity for Home Care Worker to join our Riverina Home Careteam based in Wagga Wagga.

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualised care using a person-centred approach as per client care plans
• Assist with personal care, medications, transport, and respite services
• Provide everyday living support such as domestic assistance, gardening, shopping, and meal preparation
• Complete accurate and timely reporting of client services
• Identify and report client risks via our incident management system

What You'll Need:

• Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Community Services (highly desirable)
• Current Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to travel
• Registered and insured vehicle
• Compassion, empathy, and a passion for helping others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Confidence in using technologyShould be comfortable to travel around Narromine, Yeoval and Wellington surrounding areas.
