Qualifications
- Must have Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Community Services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassion, empathy, and passion for helping others
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel
- Registered and insured vehicle
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Comfort with using technology
- Willingness to travel around Narromine, Yeoval and Wellington surrounding areas
Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized care per client care plans
- Assist with personal care, medications, transport, and respite services
- Provide daily living support: domestic tasks, gardening, shopping, meals
- Complete accurate and timely reporting of client services
- Identify and report client risks via incident management system
