Michael Page in Perth is seeking a hands-on Coordinator to manage customer jobs from order to completion, coordinating with customers, technicians, logistics and internal teams to ensure everything is organised, scheduled and delivered.
The role involves reviewing work orders, scheduling technicians, coordinating with logistics, preparing briefs, tracking deadlines, assisting with billing, and providing regular updates to the Implementation Manager. Hybrid work is available after six months.
This is a hands-on role where you'll coordinate jobs from start to finish, working with customers, technicians, logistics and internal teams to make sure everything is organised, scheduled and delivered as expected. You're someone who enjoys being organised, keeping things moving and working out what needs to happen next. You'll be confident communicating with customers, technicians and internal teams, and comfortable managing several priorities at once. You'll take ownership of your work, follow things through and be proactive when something doesn't go to plan. You don't need to have worked in Implementation before. We'd be interested in candidates with backgrounds in customer service, administration, scheduling, logistics, field service, operations, project support or similar coordination roles.

Experience with work orders, billing, purchasing, Salesforce or technician coordination would be advantageous, but isn't essential as full training is provided.
