Job summary

Gridsight is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to own and coordinate multi-year technology partnerships with utility executives. You will manage the journey from signing to live operations, aligning Gridsight’s cross-functional teams and guiding customers through go-live with a focus on time, budget and value realization.

You will work across Customer Data, Product, Engineering and Customer Success, ensuring a smooth handover and ongoing business relationships.

Qualifications

Proven experience running multiple, seven-figure enterprise-scale projects end to end.
Experience coordinating distributed teams across Australia.
Ability to prioritise and execute at pace with clear outcomes.
Strong relationship management from project team to executives.
Technical fluency to understand and represent our platform.
Possibly energy, utilities or grid domain experience.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery plan for each customer from signing to go-live.
Coordinate a cross-functional Gridsight team across data, product, engineering and success.
Be the face of Gridsight to the customer and lead executive updates.
Set clear expectations, proactively unblock approvals and keep commitments.
Handover to Customer Success at go-live.
Capture lessons learned to improve templates and tools.
