We’re partnering with a global cybersecurity software vendor to help them find a skilled Implementation Engineer to join their Professional Services team. You’ll be the go-to expert for onboarding customers, deploying cutting-edge products, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Deploy and configure security products for enterprise customers across ANZ – both remotely and onsite
• Provide hands-on training and support to ensure fast adoption and strong ROI
• Troubleshoot complex network and firewall environments, solving problems before they escalate
• Collaborate with global teams across sales, support, engineering and delivery
• Build trusted relationships with customers and be a true partner in their success
• Be part of a flexible, remote-first team with the occasional onsite visit (travel up to 20%)

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in a similar role with a software or services company
• Hands-on with networking gear – switches, routers, virtual routing, SDN
• In-depth experience with firewalls – Checkpoint, Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Juniper
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, especially around cloud security
• Comfortable under pressure, detail-oriented, and a natural problem solver
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• Able to work independently and manage priorities across multiple clients

Bonus Points:

• Scripting experience in Python, Shell, or PERL
• Experience in fast-paced, remote-first environments
