Job summary

Country Road is seeking a Part Time Visual Merchandiser for Macquarie to drive a world-class in-store experience. You will deliver high-standard visual merchandising aligned with brand values and customer profile, supporting store leadership and the central VM team.

You will implement floor plans, create compelling displays, and train team members on VM standards while balancing commercial needs and budget considerations.

Qualifications

• Experience in visual merchandising in apparel retail environments.
• Strong customer service mindset and brand awareness.
• Ability to lead and train store teams on VM standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan floor moves with store/department managers to maximise sales while upholding brand standards.
• Balance commercial needs with visual merchandising during displays and merchandising.
• Support store teams with VM training and development needs.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and train on VM and brand standards where appropriate.
• Showcase mannequins and displays in line with VM direction across windows and shelves.
• Make merchandising decisions aligned with business results and profitability.
• Work well in teams and autonomously as required.
• Maintain a safe workplace and promote wellbeing for staff and customers.
• Model Country Road Group cultural attributes and foster team learning and ownership.
