Country Road Group is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to drive a world-class retail experience in-store, delivering high VM standards aligned with brand values and customer profiles. The role collaborates with Store/Cluster Managers and the VM support team to ensure a consistent customer journey.

The candidate will lead floor moves, balance commercial needs with visual impact, and train store teams on VM practices while upholding brand standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in visual merchandising for apparel retail.
• Ability to lead and develop store teams.
• Strong focus on brand standards and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan floor moves with store/department managers to maximise sales.
• Balance commercial and visual needs when implementing displays.
• Support store teams with VM training and development.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and train on VM standards.
• Style mannequins, windows, and top-of-shelf displays in line with VM direction.
• Ensure merchandising decisions drive profit and business results.
• Work well in teams and autonomously as required.
• Maintain a safe, wellbeing-focused work environment.
• Model Country Road Group culture and drive team learning and ownership.
