Qualifications

• Previous experience within a comparable VM role both In-store and apparel based divisions.
• Desire to be part of Country Road Group with cultural attributes alignment.
• Passion for fashion with a professional presentation.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage budgets and rosters.
• Experience training and developing a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan all floor moves in conjunction with relevant store/department manager to maximise sale opportunities while maintaining brand standards.
• Balance commercial and visual needs when implementing merchandising or displays.
• Provide support to store teams by assisting in training and development related to VM.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and provide training on VM and brand standards where appropriate.
• Strongly style mannequins in windows and focal areas in line with VM direction.
• Ensure merchandising decisions relate to business results with a focus on profit.
• Work effectively both in a team and autonomously as required.
• Maintain a safe place to work with focus on wellbeing.
• Role model CRG cultural attributes to foster learning and ownership.
